For Candidates

Work in Germany — a real contract, no placement fee.

Are you a tradesperson, technician or plant mechanic from the EU looking for work in Germany? You get a permanent German employment contract with Wellwork Germany GmbH and are placed with our industrial and construction clients. Your wages are paid in euros, on time, every month — and we take care of the relocation.

Your benefits

What you get with us

A permanent employment contract

You are hired directly by Wellwork Germany GmbH — not by a subcontractor, and not as a bogus self-employed worker. All your social security contributions are covered.

Paid in euros, on time

Monthly payslip in euros, paid by the 10th of the following month. No piecework, no cash-in-hand, no tricks — a standard German employment contract.

Housing organised for you

We arrange accommodation close to the site: clean, furnished and affordable. Transport between accommodation and workplace is taken care of too.

Registration and insurance

We support you with your official registration in Germany, statutory health insurance and all the paperwork that comes with working here as an EU employee.

No placement fee

You pay us nothing. No commission, no upfront cost, no placement charge. Our clients pay us — you just get the job.

A contact person on the ground

If anything is off — on site or in daily life — you have one fixed contact who speaks German, English and, wherever possible, your mother tongue.
