Wellwork Germany GmbH is part of the Wellwork Group, which has run staffing operations in Slovakia and Hungary for years. The German entity was set up in 2024, after a major international client — Centerra/Constellis — needed tradespeople for several German sites and no agency on the market could deliver reliably.
Today we have 25 tradespeople on assignment across four German locations, and we are steadily expanding into the wider Mittelstand. Our benchmark is simple: a staffing provider you can actually call, where someone actually picks up.
Temporary labour supply is strictly regulated in Germany. We have held an unlimited AÜG licence, issued by the Federal Employment Agency in Kiel, since 10 March 2025 — the foundation for any serious client relationship.

We apply the AÜG rules on equal pay and equal treatment in full once the statutory assignment period is reached.
